Forms

Form data is transmitted to My Next House through a server-side endpoint, stored for handling the request and forwarded to info@mynexthouse.eu. A confirmation is sent to the email address provided. The data is used only to process the request and for the communication required for that purpose.

Country and language detection

For the initial assignment to Germany, France, Türkiye or the English-language EU/international area, the website first uses a country code supplied by the hosting/CDN where available. If this is technically unavailable, the server may transmit the IP address to ipapi.co solely to determine the country code. My Next House does not store the IP address in plain text for this purpose; the resulting country code is cached technically. A manual language selection is stored in the browser as a necessary language preference and overrides automatic assignment.
