The technical basis follows the approved MNH master. Model- and project-specific quotation and handover documents remain binding.
MNH TECHNICAL MASTER
Technical basis
Chassis & mobility
4 mm formed steel chassis; heavy-duty axle system and wheels; 185/14 C commercial tyres; braked coupling. Final axle, mass and COC data are confirmed for each platform.
Construction
Galvanized light-gauge steel construction; 0.8 mm side walls, 1.2 mm loft/roof; 18 mm plywood floor base; further values follow the approved product specification.
Insulation & envelope
Mastermax moisture/vapour barrier; Knauf foil-faced glass wool, 11 cm per technical master; TerraWood and standing-seam metal exterior depending on model.
Windows, electrical & interior
Pimapen anthracite insulating glazing; Seval FFL halogen-free cabling; AGT/Yıldız interior system, AGT Natura Select floor and model-specific built-in furniture.
Kitchen & bathroom
Atlante granite sink, BMS faucets, Creavit washbasin and Kale WC per approved equipment level; alternatives are identified in the quotation.
DOCUMENTATION
Documents & evidence
COC / EU type approval
COC and homologation are managed by chassis, Type, Variant and Version. One document is not generalized across all lengths. Verified documents are added progressively.
Production certificates
Current ISO and production certificates are published only after validity and issuer checks. Expired copies are not presented as current certificates.
Materials & components
CE/DoP, E/ECE, material, electrical and other conformity documents are collected per component where applicable.
Plans & handover
Floor plans, technical drawings, electrical/water diagrams, warranty, user and maintenance documents are supplied according to project stage.
OPTIONS
Optional systems
Solar package, battery/inverter and Full Solar remain optional energy systems. Full Solar receives a binding specification and price only after technical sizing and cost review. Except for the commercial models, all Tiny House models are available in 8 m and 10 m lengths.
